Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to my cancellation policy (read here).
In short, rescheduling and cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice are not possible.
Please note that lesson packages cannot be refunded once the first lesson has been taken. If anything unexpected comes up, we can always talk and find a solution together.
You can join your Spanish lesson from a phone, tablet, or computer. We can meet on popular platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or even WhatsApp. All you need is a stable internet connection, a microphone (usually built-in), and ideally a webcam.
For the best experience, a computer in a quiet room works great if you like taking notes—or you can simply relax and practice your conversation right from your couch!
All payments are securely processed through trusted platforms using credit/debit cards or PayPal.
Please note that currency conversion or international transaction fees may apply depending on your bank.
All single lessons booked on the website are already discounted (shown with the original price crossed out in red), and if you choose a lesson package (Minimum 5 lessons),
you'll save an extra 10% with the option to schedule your classes whenever you want!

Simply choose the "Trial Lesson" option at a time that suits you best (limit 1 trial lesson per student).
This is the perfect way for us to get to know each other and build a personalized learning plan.
It consists of a 30-minute session at a fixed price of €7 (instead of the usual €15).
